I ran the trap again
last night under cloudy and drizzly skies.
June so far has been
an absolute wash-out and is heading to be one of the wettest on records.
With the cloud cover
at night the temperature is holding up a bit but the rain is cooling it down.
Nevertheless there was
a good selection of moths in and around the trap come the morning.
4 new for year moths
were added to the year list brinfing the running total to 133 species for the
garden.
Common Rustic was my earliest recorded in 7 years.
