A few moths were arriving shortly after switching on, but it was once again slim pickings by the morning.
A rather tatty Lime Hawk-moth was spotted by my wife whilst sitting in the kitchen, quickly potted up and put in the fridge as it was so lively!
Lime Hawk-moth is quite significant here as it's only my 4th garden record, which is pleasing in itself.
Two other new for year's werre most welcome.
Garden species count for 2019 now upto 66.
