A new micro moth for the garden, hide the carpets and clothes!

Yep, a clothes moth was new for the garden, the Common Clothes Moth (Tinea bisselliella) is species no.789.
Should I be pleased? Yes and no is the answer :)

I also added Brown-spot Pinion to the year list on Monday night.

The commonest moths at the moment are, Box-tree Moth, Flounced Rustic & Centre-barred Sallow in that order.

It's been a mixed bag this past week, with very little to show for it. Nights have been a lot cooler of recent and the days are starting to fade back to average temperatures for the time of year.

Moth garden list for 2023 stands at 607 species
